Day 1, Afternoon
We start with a boat cruise
We kick off on a boat with tapas and cava, so the first real conversations happen over the water rather than in a session room.

A note from the organizers
You lead product teams that are both technical and commercial.
The tools keep changing and the expectations keep shifting. Yet you're expected to build the right thing and make sure it reaches customers.
This Inner Circle brings together experienced Product Leaders to unlock your next level of growth.
We do this through a mix of talks, group discussions, and social activities, all in an informal setting. You learn, share ideas, and grow together.
It's a unique opportunity to take a step back and get inspired. Will you join us?
“Very high quality of attendees. No hidden agendas.”
Who's in the room
Our mission is to create a space where ambitious product leaders can connect, share real stories, and spark new ideas in a relaxed, inspiring setting.
Small on purpose. You'll leave with names and numbers, not a stack of business cards.
No booths. No sponsored panels. Sponsors are at the table, under the same rule as everyone else.
Every seat is read and accepted by a person. The bar is high. The conversation reflects it.
Two days, paced so the real conversations have room to happen.
Day 1, Afternoon
We kick off on a boat with tapas and cava, so the first real conversations happen over the water rather than in a session room.
Day 1, Evening
A long dinner together, with good food, good wine, and the time to actually get to know the room over the course of an evening.
Day 2, Daytime
Experts share perspectives worth hearing, and round tables put you in honest discussion with your peers, so you leave seeing how other companies are solving the same challenges you're facing.
Day 2, Evening
One last dinner together, with room to finish the conversations that started earlier in the day and to meet the few people you haven't spoken with yet, before everyone heads home.
Questions
VPs of Product and CPOs, by application. We curate every seat to keep the room balanced and the conversation honest.
There's no ticket to participate, all costs are covered by our sponsors. You cover your own flight and hotel; we provide the program, the location, and the food for the two days including the boat cruise.
No. There are no pitches and no booths. Sponsors are in the room as peers, under the same no-selling rule as everyone else.
Seats are individual and curated, so we review every applicant. If a colleague is a fit, they're welcome to apply too.
A few partners help make each edition happen and join as full participants. If that's you, get in touch below.
For sponsors
Sponsoring a retreat puts you inside a small, curated group of exactly the people you want to know. Not as a vendor on a stage, but as a peer in the conversation.
No one pitches here, sponsors included. You take part as a peer, and the relationships build on their own.
Because these relationships start with trust rather than a transaction, they tend to turn into real business later.
The best signal we can offer is that the people who try it once choose to do it again.
